Dikran Katsikian is a Partner with Amrop’s Athens office and is a member of Armop’s Life Sciences and Consumer/Retail Practice Groups.

Dikran joined Amrop’s Greek partner firm in 1993.

His previous international career includes such posts as General Manager with RJ Reynolds in Egypt, Marketing & Sales Director with Bristol Myers in Italy for the Consumer Division, Middle East. Prior to this, he worked as Marketing & Sales Manager with Reckitt Benckiser and Marketing executive with Procter & Gamble in Greece.

Throughout his long-spanning career in executive search, Dikran has contributed to the start-up of varied multinational operations in Greece and has served an extensive range of clients in the Retail, Finance and Automotive industry sectors. His particular area of expertise is the Life Sciences and FMCG industries.

He holds a Masters Degree in Consumer Psychology/Marketing from the American University of Beirut and speaks fluent Greek, English and Armenian.

Dikran is married and has a son and daughter.
