Although she is a Thai national, Tana was educated and lived in the UK for over 30 years. She began her executive search career in London in 1989, focusing on investment banking and securities, for several prominent firms, including setting up the markets practice for Norman Broadbent International. She came to Asia in 2003 to head Stanton Chase International's Thailand office. Before relaunching Amrop in Thailand, Tana was a Principal at Heidrick & Struggles where she led the financial services and finance officers practices in Thailand.
Tana has considerable experience in executing C-level and director searches in the Consumer & Retail, Industrial and Manufacturing industries, as well as helping companies build their Finance and Human Resources teams across all sectors.
Tana is past Chairman of the Executive Research Association in Europe and an active member of the HR Committee of the British Chamber of Commerce in Thailand. She writes the Leadership series of CEO interviews for Director magazine.
