The company was founded in 1984 and it joined the Amrop Group in 1992. It offers a wide range of professional services such as Executive Search, Management Assessment and HR Consulting in different industry sectors, with a customer-oriented and tailor-made approach to the client. Based both in Milan (main office) and Rome, Amrop D&G’s team includes 4 experienced Partners, a dedicated research team consisting of 4 Senior Researchers and 2 Assistants. Executive Search is Amrop D&G’s core business based on a in-depth knowledge of the Italian market and of its culture and a customer-oriented research method, basing on the analysis of the client’s needs and on the development of a dedicated research strategy.
